The terms that apply to requesting and holding a DerivFabric account.

This document is a draft. It describes how the platform actually handles your details, but it has not been through legal review and is not the final notice. If that matters to your decision to send us anything, write to [email protected] first.

Requesting access is not being granted it

Submitting the form starts a review. Approval creates an account that cannot be used until you set a password and enrol a second factor. We may refuse a request, and we are not obliged to explain a refusal beyond what we choose to tell you.

Your account is yours alone

Do not share your credentials or your second factor. Access is granted to a person at an organisation, not to an organisation. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

What the platform is for

DerivFabric prices and analyses derivatives. Its output is analytical and is not investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to trade. You are responsible for validating any number you rely on, which is why the platform records how each one was produced.

Availability and change

We may change, suspend or withdraw access. Where a change would break something you depend on, we will give notice through the published API version rather than changing a contract underneath you.
