What DerivFabric does with the details you send when you request access. This describes the system as built.

What we collect
The access-request form collects your name, work email address, employer, job title, which products interest you, and anything you write in the optional message. The server additionally records the IP address the request arrived from, and the moment you gave each acknowledgement.
Why we collect it
To decide whether to grant access. DerivFabric is not self-service: a person reads each request and approves or refuses it. The details above are what that person reads. We do not use them to advertise to you and we do not sell them.
Confirming your address
We email you a single-use link that expires in 72 hours. Following it confirms only that you control that mailbox. It does not grant access and it is not a decision on your request.
How long we keep it
A request and its decision are kept as a record of who was granted access and why, including requests that were refused — a refusal with nothing recorded cannot be explained to the person who asked. Notes a reviewer writes for internal use are stored separately from anything sent to you, and are never emailed.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to erase it. Write to [email protected]. Where we are required to keep a record of an access decision we will tell you so rather than delete it silently.
